Obituary of Margaret R. Massey
Margaret “Peggy” Massey, 90, of Tunkhannock died Thursday January 17, 2019 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband Hall W. Massey on October 4, 2018.
Born on February 11, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Erving J. and Margaret Young Carr.
Peggy is survived by her daughter Barbara and husband Raymond Clark; grandchildren, Matthew Hazard and wife Katie, Elizabeth Castellano, Evan Clark; great-grandchildren, Sarah, Emma, and Liberty Hazard; sister-in-law, Reita McFarland.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her son, Brian Hall Massey, and grandson Ryan William Massey.
Family and friends are invited to attend Peggy’s memorial service which will be held on Sunday January 27, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. from the Mehoopany Baptist Church, 4301 PA-87, Mehoopany, PA 18629.
