Richard M. Dixon Richard M. Dixon 87 of Tunkhannock died early Tuesday morning in the Golden Living Center in Tunkhannock. He was born in Tunkhannock on November 4, 1928. He and his late wife Mary lived and worked in New Jersey moving back to Tunkhannock after his retirement in 1989. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Prior to his retirement he worked for New Jersey Power and Light finishing his career as a Forman for the utility crew at Fort Dix, New Jersey. Surviving is a niece Donna Groze, nephews Denny Drone, Greg and Steve Bonner and several great nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 12 noon from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc. 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 11am until the time of service. Those wish may make memorial contributions to the Triton Hose Co., PO Box 765, Tunkhannock, Pa. 18657.
