Fred D. Dymond of Tunkhannock died on Monday at Tyler Memorial Hospital in Tunkhannock. He was born in Thurston Hollow on March 7, 1945 son of the late William and Mary Flora White Dymond. Fred was employed at D&K Lumber Co. and Deer Park Lumber Co. in Tunkhannock for over 42 years. Preceding him in death where Brothers Glenn R., Floyd W. and a Sister Dorothy Rezykowski. Surviving is his wife of 50 years Betty Carey Dymond, sons Fred W., of Tunkhannock, Jerry R., of Waymart, daughter Beverly, and husband Lloyd Burton, of Tunkhannock, and Linda Valentine of Tunkhannock, Nancy Dymond and Fiancé Herbert Mullins of Waymart, Rosemary and husband Richard Fofi of Carbondale, and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 am from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock with Pastor Rick Wormer. Interment will be in Perrins Marsh Cemetery.
