Donald W. Johnson of Tunkhannock died on May 4, 2015 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley. He was born in Tunkhannock on January 19, 1950 son of Rosella Yurksza Johnson of Tunkhannock and the late Arthur E. Johnson. Donald was a 1968 graduate of Tunkhannock High School. Prior to his retirement he worked for the Endicott Johnson Shoe Company in Tunkhannock for over 20 years retiring from the Tunkhannock Area School District after 20 years of service. In addition to his Mother he his survived by a brother and sister in law Arthur and Kathleen Johnson of Tunkhannock, nephew and wife Arthur A. and Mildred Johnson of Tunkhannock, niece and husband Kimberly R. and Andrew Brown of Horsham, Pa., great nephews Conner Brown, Kyle Johnson, nieces Katie Johnson, Jordan Brown, Cameron Brown. A memorial services will be held on Thursday at 11 am from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W.Tioga St., Tunkhannock with Pastor Rick Womer. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 am until the time of service.
