Thelma M. Jones of W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock died Wednesday in The Tyler Memorial Hospital In Tunkhannock. She was born in Monroe Twp., Wyoming County on September 15, 1928 daughter of the late Paul J. and Colleen Edna ReDman. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband Irvin L. Jones, brothers Bill and Carl Corby, sister Irene Johnson and a step grandson William Mann. Surviving is a son and daughter in law Ronald and Collen Jones of Binghamton, NY, brothers Ralph Corby of Tunkhannock, Paul Corby of Allentown, Glen Corby of Binghamton, NY, sister Agnes Sands of Tunkhannock, grandchildren Billy A. Jones and wife Dale of Lebanon, Ronald L. Jones of Binghamton, James B. Jones and fiancée Casey, step grandchildren Julia Mann and Fiancée Michael, Rebecca Mann, John Mann all of Binghamton,NY, Susanne and Glenn Snyder and Carolyn and Darrell Dean, 4 great granddaughters, 8 step grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1 pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock with the Rev. Lori Robinson Pastor of the Eatonville United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11 am until the time of Service.
