Obituary of Andrea L. Allen

Andrea L. Allen Andrea L. Allen 31, of Meshoppen, PA died Sunday, November 2, 2008 at her residence after a long courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Gregory D. Allen Jr. Andrea was born in Bossier City, Louisiana on September 23, 1977 daughter of Howard W. Comstock, of Laceyville, PA and Arneta Mason Wayman, of Hobart, New York. She was a graduate of South Kortright Central School class of 1996 and was a former employee of Proctor and Gamble in Mehoopany, PA. Andrea loved being a mother and wife she cherished every moment with her son, Avery. She also enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time with her family and friends Andrea touched many lives and will be sadly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Howard C. Comstock, maternal grandmother Mary Myers Mason, and maternal grandfather Curtis “Sam” Mason. She is survived by her son Avery B. Allen, Step father Wayne W. Wayman, of Hobart, New York, sisters Melissa A. Eckert and Husband Paul, of Bloomville, New York and Sarah J. Hallock and husband Kevin J. of Tunkhannock. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 5 at 11:00 AM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock, interment will be in Jersey Hill Cemetery, Meshoppen, PA. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Memorial contributions can be made to Avery B.
