Sharon L. Thompson of Lemon Creek Road Tunhannock died at her home on Thursday. She was born in Scranton on May 23, 1936 daughter of the late Floyd C. and Gertrude Tisdale Parrish. She was a graduate of Tunkhannock High School class of 1955. Prior to her retirment she was a Bus Driver's Aid. A member of the Lake Carey Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Tyler Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary, the Tunkhannock American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Lymanville Ladies Guild. She was preceded in death by her husband Loren Thompson. Surviving are sons Terry Thompson of Tunkhannock; Wayne of Washington Twp.; daughters Dawn Rogers of Tunkhannock, Shyril Thompson of Washington Twp., Billie Jackson of Meshoppen, Kelly Thompson of Washington Twp.; brother Louis Parrish of Montrose; sisters June Sherwood, South Auburn, Loretta Dilmore, of Lemon; 21 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 11 am at the Lemon United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Shaffer, Pastor of the Lemon United Methodist Church. Private interment services will be in Rural Rest Cemetery, Keiserville. Arrangements by the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc., 73 W. Tioga St, Tunkhannock
