Carol L. Sickler 64, of Eatonville died Friday evening at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital in Wilkes-Barre. She is survived by her husband of 46 years John G. Sickler. She was born in Binghamton, New York on March 18, 1947 daughter of the late Robert and Louise Matthews Sutton. Carol worked as a nurse’s aid at the Carpenter Care Center in Tunkhannock and helped as a teacher’s aide at the Pilgrim Holiness School in Tunkhannock. She was active in the Pilgrim Holiness Church in Tunkhannock. She is survived by her sons John and wife Loretta, of Syracuse, NY, Tim and wife Susanna, of Laceyville, and Stephen of Tunkhannock, eight grandchildren Erica, Shane, Brandon, Monty, Jamilyn, Mara, Brittany and Racquel and a brother Robert Sutton, of Dallas Texas. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM the Pilgrim Holiness Church in Tunkhannock with Pastor Joel Byer interment will be in South Eaton Cemetery. Arrangement by Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock. Friends and Family may call at the church Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
