Mary A. Skoronski, 93, of Tunkhannock died Wednesday in the Golden Living Personal Care Home in Tunkhannock. She was born in Swoyersville on January 9, 1917, daughter of the late John and Agnes Semenak Sholtis.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, John, Steve, Joe, and Michael Sholtis.
Surviving is one son: Robert Skoronski of Tunkhannock, PA., one daughter: Elizabeth Sanlorenzo of Lake Wallenpaupack, one brother: Edward Sholtis of Dallas, three sisters: Elizabeth Gutch Hunlock Creek, Margaret Kleban of Dallas, and Anna Kleban of Harveyâs Lake, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:30 am from the St Francis Cabrini Church in Carverton, PA. Friends and family may call on Friday from 6 â 8 pm at the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, PA. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
