Obituary of Britney Giberson

Britney K. Giberson Britney K. Giberson , 17 of Tunkhannock died Friday evening from injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident on Lemon Creek Road in Washington Twp. Wyoming County. She was born in Wilkes Barre on June 21, 1990 daughter of Harold Giberson of Tunkhannock and Tammera McCormick Giberson of Tunkhannock. Step Father Thomas Corker Jr. of Factoryville, Step Mother Lisa Kalacinski. She was a 2008 graduate of Tunkhannock High School and attended Cosmetology classes at the Elk Lake Vocational School, she was a member of the Tunkhannock High School Football Cheerleading Squad. She planned to attend Allied Technical Career School studying Massage Therapy starting in July. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister Antonia Kalacinski in 2006 and great grand parents Gertrude and Clarence DeWolfe. Surviving are brothers Harold Giberson Jr., Mehoopany, Step brothers Tommy Corker of Factoryville and Jacob Kalacinski of Mehoopany, sisters Elizabeth Giberson, Alicia Giberson both of Mehoopany, step sister Fawntay Paxson of Wellsboro, Pa. Maternal grandparents Barbara and James Yurksza of Tunkhannock, Paternal grandparents Harry and Pearl Giberson of Tunkhannock. Several, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
