So saddened to read of Damon s death. When I knew him he was a fine young kid from a top notch family who were the nicest people you would want to know. People like Damon are the salt of the earth and make this world a much better place. My sympathies to his family Doug Fawbush, Camp Kresge & YMCA days of the 60's

All of you shall remain in our thoughts and prayers in the days ahead; just as they were during your dear son/brother was so ill, and upon his passing. --One does not have to know someone personally to feel sorrow and empathy for them, and as well, those left behind. Dear Sue, Sara, Kenny, William and Andrew, I am so very sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine the pain and shock that you are going through right now. Damon was always very nice to me and my kids when we would see him at Joanie's or Nanny's house. I loved hearing about all the various stories from up at the farm about the pond, or the animals caught on the outdoor camera. He was obvious to the outside stranger how much Damon was in love with Sue and his children. I pray that he and Little Damon have had a glorious reunion. Their legacy will live on. I will be praying for you. Blessings to you...Gail

To all of Damon's family my deepest sympathy. There are no words that bring ease to those that are left behind when we lose a parent, spouse, or sibling. It's the love for one another and a community of memories of our loved one which continues to guide us in our own lives. The Appolonia family extends prayers and thoughts to Damon Young's family.
