Wendi L. Moyer of Church Road Tunkhannock, died Friday, May 16, 2008, at Tyler Memorial Hospital Tunkhannock.
She was born in West Grove, Pennsylvania on January 30, 1958 daughter of the late John J. and Jane Winifred Shivery Hackman Beyer and step-daughter of Donald Beyer.
She was a 1975 graduate of Solanco High School, Quarryville, Pennsylvania. She had been employed at the Salvation Army Store in Tunkhannock.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Philip L. Moyer and son P. Corey Moyer of Tunkhannock. Brothers Kevin Hackman and Donald Beyer both of Scranton. Sisters Kim and Joy Hackman both of Scranton; and Deborah Welch of Tunkhannock. And several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga Street, Tunkhannock, PA with Mrs. Lori Robinson from Tunkhannock United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Orcutt Cemetery Noxen. Friends may call on Tuesday from 9:00 am until time of service.
