Rosemarie A. Fritz of Old Route 6 West Laceyville died Sunday July 4, 2010 in Leigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. She was born in Coaldale, Pa., on May 11, 1930 , daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Lapto Hydock.
Rosemarie was a graduate of Lansford High School and prior to her retirement she was employed in the kitchen of Tyler Memorial Hospital.
Rosemarie was preceded in death by her husband Clarence W. Fritz. Surviving are her sons Clarence Fritz of Laceyville, Joseph Fritz of Easton, brother Joseph âButchâ Hydock of Huntingdon Valley Pa., sister Dorothy Walton of Naples Fla., grandsons Brian and Jared Fritz of Easton.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 PM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock with Rev. Vivian Bennett of St. Peters Episcopal Church. Interment will be in Overfield Cemetery, Meshoppen. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 12 noon until the time of service.
