Michael K. Creeden, 54, of Tunhannock, passed away Tuesday February 22 in Nevada. Born October 18, 1955 in Newark, NJ he was the son of the Dorothy Bliss and the late William Creeden. Michael was a U.S. Army veteran and was employed by Calex Logistics of Pittston, PA. He attended Tunkhannock Area High School and enjoyed woodworking and tinkering. He is survived by his wife Betsy Creeden, sons: Brice Gibbs and Christopher Faux, daughter Molly Creeden, sisters: Linda Jowett and husband Ed, Sandy Tilkonis and husband Ken, Shawn Clark and husband Dane, Anna Life and husband Jeff, Mary Redan and husband Jay, Angel Desmarais and husband Dan. Brother Mark Creeden and wife Debbie, several grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 11 am on Monday, March 1st from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc., 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock with Rev. Lori Robinson of the Eatonville United Methodist Church officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, February 28th from 4 – 6 pm. Memorial contributions may be made in Michael’s name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
