Phyllis R. Spadafora of Whitecreek Rd. Meshoppen died Tuesday in the Hospice Unit of the Regional Hospital of Scranton. She was born in Philadelphia on December 29, 1937 daughter of the late David and Gertrude Walls Brecker. Phyllis was a 1955 graduate of Germantown High School and prior to her retirement she was employed by Bridgeport Textron of Horsham. A member of the Springville Baptist church and its Bible Study group. Surviving is her husband of 34 years Carman A. Spadafora Sr., Sons and daughter in laws Greg D. and Michelle Brecker of Souderton, Charles P. Allen of Holland, Michigan, Mark C. and Carrie Allen of Warminster, Pa., step sons Carman A. Spadafora Jr. and Melanie, of Willow Grove, Pa., Robert L. Spadafora of Warminster, Pa. brother and sister in law Harry D. and Peggy Brecker of Philadelphia grandchildren Leah, Christopher, Karlee Brecker and Victoria Allen. A service will be held on Saturday at 11 am at the Springville Baptist Church with Pastor Roger Rosenau interment will be in Lynn Cemetery, Lynn. Family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1311 Mamaroneck Ave. Suite 310 White Plains, NY 10605.
