Shizue Mohring of Goble Hill Road, Tunkhannock died at her home on Sunday March 24, 2013. She was born in Nagasaki, Japan on January 2, 1928.
During WW2 she served as a registered nurse. She held several ceremonial licensees in the Japanizes traditions including License T Ceremonial, Flower Arrangement and Beautician.
Surviving is her companion of 40 years Timothy Perron, daughters Virginia Razzan of Stroudsburg, Maria W. Kelly of Nazareth, Lorena McDonald of Cresco, and a grandson R.J. McDonald.
Funeral services will be held in the Myosetsugi Temple in Manhattan, New York at a later date. Arrangements by the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock. On line condolences may be sent to www.sheldonkukuchkafuneralhome.
