We were so glad to have Ken be part of our PEER (Pennsylvania's Empowered Expert Residents) group. So glad I got the chance to meet him and work with him, Sincerely, Michelle Koons, Long Term Care Ombudsman Lycoming and Clinton Counties.

Pastor Joe & Diane Billingsley posted a condolence

It was an honor to know Brother Ken and to be his pastor for 13 years. He was a faithful man and always a pleasure to visit with even though for the last several years he was in so much pain. We rejoice that he is now in the presence of his Savior, Jesus Christ, and reunited with his beloved Eloise. Well done Brother, well done!
