Charlie has been a fixture of our spring and summers for the last several years, umpiring games for all 3 of our sons. It was obvious the care he put in the fields and his dedication to baseball. He also talked a lot about how much he loved his family. Please accept our condolences and prayers to your family. Charlie will be greatly missed.

I first met Charlie when he came to work for me at the Agway Convenience Mart, present location of Pump and Pantry, on Mile Hill. He and the other boys that came to work for me quickly became more than employees, we became friends and they included me and then also Ken in their 4-wheeling adventures. We stayed in touch throughout the years and I saw Charlie grow into a fine young man.
I don't have the words to express how sad I was to hear of his passing, it was far too soon. Just know that he will always be with you and the rest of us as long as someone has a story to tell or a memory to share, and who can forget those eyes.

You will be sorely missed in this town. When I stopped working at Gay's, I always thought about you and your fantastic sense of humor. You were always such fun to be around, and making people laugh was one of your specialties. You will never be forgotten. Sending prayers and love to your family♡
