He was the son of Elmer and Judy Earl Rowe of Tunkhannock.
He is survived by his children and several family members.
Funeral services will be held Saturday November 5, 2016 at 3pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc. 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA. With Pastor Lori Robinson presiding.
