Raymond H. Blizzard, 92, of Tunkhannock passed away Tuesday March 21, 2017 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years Geraldine Williams. Born July 25, 1926 he was the son of the late Raymond H. and Nettie Evans Blizzard. He enjoyed working on vehicles and being a mechanic, but mostly he was a woodworker creating masterpieces of carved trains, planes, and tractors that are kept on display in his house. Raymond was a member of the Centermorland United Methodist Church. He worked on his sister's farm for many years before going to work for the Centermorland Township Road Crew. He was preceded in death by his sister Clara Hadsell. Surviving is son; Don and wife Donna Felter of Northmorland, Niece; Susan and husband Tom Davis, as well as several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday March 24, 2017 at 12PM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc. 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA. with Pastor Harold Schorr presiding. The family will receive friends from 11AM until the time of the service on Friday. Burial will be in Perrins Marsh Cemetery.
