We are so saddened to hear about Michaels passing. He was very special to my son, and was his inspiration with starting his own little soap business. Michael went out of his way to help my son learn how to make his own soaps, use fragrances, molds, etc...We would come to Tunkhannock to visit his store, buy soaps, & Michael would take Kevin aside, & was kind enough to show him some of his new products, & let him in on some of his new ideas!
Every year we would visit the Wyoming county fair, and our first stop was always Sassy Albert's! Kevin & I were happy to see Michael again at the fair this year, & kevin enjoyed catching up with Michael & discussing their soaps! He will truly be missed by all of us! Our thoughts & prayers go out to the family!

I am very saddened to hear of Mikes passing. I only met him through the Moose Lodge, but that left me with a lasting impression. I was having trouble finding a nice and affordable spot for my daughters bridal shower last year, someone suggested the Moose. I met with Mike and he was so kind and helped me through all the booking and planning. He allowed us to come in early and set up our tea party theme. The food was excellent and every attendee commented that it was the nicest shower they had been to. Mike made sure during the event that everything flowed smoothly. He even gave me one of his lotions, which I love and still use today. He was pleasant, happy, and eager to help through the entire process. Again I give you my thoughts and prayers. He will be truly missed.

We are so saddened by Mike's sudden passing. We saw him at the Moose and local craft fairs after he closed the store. Always good for an off the cuff comment and a laugh. He knew our food orders at the Moose by heart. We are glad we got to spend some time with him at the Wyoming fair - always looked forward to seeing him there. Tunkhannock has lost a treasure. Please accept our condolences.

Dear Michael's family,
I want to say I am saddened by the loss of Michael. I have enjoyed picking his brain about soaping ideas throughout the years. I am a fellow soaper and owner of Next to Godliness Soaps. I enjoyed his products but best of all his willingness to share information with me at the Wyoming County Fair so I could continue my adventure of learning from others. He was a great guy and communicator. He will be missed.
Dear Jesus, I pray that you will be with Michael's family and comfort them during this time of sadness. Gives them the strength they need to get through each day and know you are with them through every storm. Lord, thank you for Michael's life and all the people he was able to reach and encourage through his business and life. In Jesus name, Amen
Your friend,
Amy May

We will forever miss Mike's quick wit, his endless fountain of knowledge that he would bestow upon others, his excellent culinary skills, and his huge heart. He always kept us on our toes and wondering what he was going to say next. His friendship will forever be cherished and he certainly will never be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family as they navigate this difficult journey. Until we meet again, my friend.

So very sorry. I remember Mike from high school. Such a great funny guy. Always dressed to the t's. He was the guy with the high shoes and great bell bottom pants. Always something sarcasticly funny to say. As we aged I would see him in his store or at flower bus trips. He will be missed.
