Obituary of Brian H. Massey

Brian Hall Massey of Wilkes Barre, PA passed away on November 12, 2017.  Born in Long Island, he was the son of Hall W. and Margaret Carr Massey.

He was a graduate of Boca Raton High School, Boca Raton, Florida, class of 1973 attended Palm Beach Junior College and was employed in sales. 

Brian was a strong man of faith and adored being a father. He was a talented guitarist, musician, composer and guitar teacher. He loved animals, particularly reptiles. He enjoyed spending spare time with family and friends and mentoring those who suffered from addiction.

He is preceded in death by his son, Ryan W. Massey.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Massey Castellano, his sister Barbara Massey Clark and his nephews, Matthew Hazard and Evan Clark.

A memorial service will be held on Monday evening, November 20, 2017 at 6:30 pm at Mehoopany Baptist Church, route 87, Mehoopany, PA.  Arrangements by the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, PA.
