Knowing Irene was not family, yet knowing her all my life , I have always thought of her as family. Remember going to their home staying a few days, going over to falls, riding motorcycles in the fields and having a great time. Being we moved to Maryland at my early age the memories are far and few but still the ones I have are bright.

Always a smile and full of fun. Appreciate her sharing her research on family genealogy. Remember with fondness her hospitality during the family reunion at her home in Dallas, PA years ago. Irene was the living connection to my Paternal Grandmother Jennie Whispell Arnold Backus. Sincere condolences to Dianne and family.

Diane im sorry to hear about your mom.She was a lovely lady and will be missed for sure. She was very spunky and bold sometimes. But she made it fun going to work.
Going to miss her and her boldness. Donna
