Sending all Fran’s family, friends and colleagues our heartfelt condolences. I was lucky enough to have known Fran over many years through the NPA. Fran was always warm, intelligent and passionate about our network. She was a valuable member and always happy to help. Fran will be sorely missed by us all.

Fran will certainly be missed by all that knew her. She was an awesome person with such an effervescent presence. She was always pure joy to be around. She is gone too soon. We still can hardly accept that she is gone. She will live in our memories and hearts forever!!! Love and prayers to the family. Love Tom and Janet Ciprich

I meet Fran in the 90’s when she joined NPA. Fran inspired others to see the good and the positive in everything. She is forever in our hearts and the hearts of her children and grandchildren. Fran touched a lot of lives that will be forever changed because of her she will be missed.

Fran was such a well know and helpful member of NPAworldwide. She coached and inspired many to learn the business she loved...Healthcare Recruitment. I have read so many tributes to Fran that start off with you knew when she entered the room, she lit it up. And her laughter is worth remembering, it made everyone feel happy and smile.
She has been an important part of our community at NPAworldwide for so long. She will be missed as she was a regular at meetings, phone calls and video connections.
Wishing family and friends warm memories to sustain them at this time of loss.

She did light up a room. And she lit up a friendship. We were close buddies in our first decade of life. I loved walking to the end of town to her farm, where we would spend hours as young girls. She made me feel special. And we renewed our friendship as adults, when we both ended up in Tunkhannock again. I remember her mother and father clearly. They always made me feel welcome.I am now living on her former farmlands in the house her brother Ron built. He described the location as paradise. He had planted fruit trees on the property and it was glorious when they all bloomed in the Spring. I love the photo you have posted of her. I can still hear her voice and laughter. I do not believe she is gone, she was an exuberant presence. Frani, I am sorry you became so ill. Lisa, my heart breaks. Ron, how very sad. She will always be a part of those who knew her.

Our heartfelt sympathy to Fran's family. It is hard for me to believe she has passed away from this horrible virus. We will all have our own memories of knowing this wonderful person. She was not only a great cousin but also a beautiful friend, not only in childhood but also as an adult. She had a deep love for her family that I know for sure with many of the conversations we shared many times. She was a wonderful caregiver of her mother and we can all be comforted knowing they are once again united in God's loving arms. My our prayers help us through this time of losing a wonderful person.

My memories of Fran go back quite a few years ago with the Bell of Pa. yellow pages. I’ll never forget that smile and positivity. That smile shown in her Obituary picture you chose. I recently was coming back from hunting in Troy and she came to mind when I was going thru town. Lisa, your gifted to have Fran as your mom and the obit you wrote she’s proud of I’m sure.

I worked with Fran as a case manager here in Ireland. Everything that was said in the Obituary was so true. She could genuinely light up a room and she really was a force of nature and boy did she love those grandkids. When we were skyping, Matthew would often arrive in and jump up on her lap for a chat and she always so proud of Robert's achievements. We spent time together here in Ireland on her recruitment trips and although it was work we had such laughs. Fran was so full of life it is hard to believe she is gone. My deepest condolences to Lisa and the boys and all who will miss Fran. All my love. Orla Davis

I met Fran at LCCC in the early 70s. . Even then, she was dedicated to helping others, through her position in the veterans' aid office. I was a work study student in the admissions office and we hit it off immediately. We kept in touch sporadically and had hoped to meet for lunch soon. I'm deeply saddened by her passing and holding her family and friends close in prayer. She truly left a legacy of caring and service to others. Well done, Frani!
