Obituary of Paula Ann Marcho

Paula Ann Marcho, 59, of Scranton passed away October 14, 2021 surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. Born in Scranton on January 27, 1962 she was the daughter of the late Louis and Pauline Pesoli Marcho. She was a member of St. Lucy’s Church. Paula spent her time crafting and baking. She was everyone’s go to wreath maker and Italian cookie baker. There will no longer be shortages of ribbon at the craft stores anymore. She loved playing bingo with her mom and then her sisters in the later years. She is survived by her sons, Stephen Williams and Kristen of Falls and John Thomas and Michele of Wilkes-Barre; daughters, Charlene Gamez of Scranton and Dannielle Solsman and Daniel of Idaho; sisters, Michele Ultsh and Frank of Falls and Donna Gaffney and Jack of Scranton; grandchildren, Logan, Jayden, Carter, Saira, David, Brooklynn, Hunter, Owen, and Weston; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Louis Marcho; sisters, Patrina Peters and Joann Sangbusch. Family and friends are invited to attend Paula’s Mass of Christian Burial which will be held on Thursday October 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM from St. Lucy’s Church, 949 Scranton St, Scranton, PA 18504 to be celebrated by Reverend Sam J. Ferretti, pastor. A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the church on Thursday.
