Mary Dean Minckler, 69 of Tunkhannock passed away on March 27, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Leonard Edward Minckler. Born in Meshoppen, PA on March 26, 1953. She is the daughter of Peggy Louise Gramley and the late David Thomas MacCreary. She was a 1971 graduate of Tunkhannock High School. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, baking, gardening, and reading. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her daughters, Deana Baker and husband Ron, Diana McCarty and husband Robert, and Debbie Severcool and husband Clinton; sisters, Judy Michaels, and Jeri Wells and husband Dave; grandchildren, Kristen Norris and husband Josh, Katelynn Balewski and husband Hunter, Austin Darling, Alex McCarty and Cassidy, and Ariel McCarty. Family and friends are invited to attend Mary’s funeral service which will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc., 73 West Tioga Street Tunkhannock, Pa 18657. Internment will follow in North Eaton Memorial Ground. A viewing will be held on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
