Obituary of Brenda Lee Gibson

Brenda Gibson, 62, loving wife, mother, sister, and grammy of Monroe Township passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital. She is survived by her husband of twenty-nine years, Larry Gibson. Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Martha Newhard Leindecker. She enjoyed doing crafts, camping with her family, Elvis Presley, and taking care of her animals. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Chasity Flis and husband Patrick, Jamie Gibson, Kristi Gibson, and Ashley Gibson; brother, Willard Leindecker; sisters, Eileen Bonczek, Jayne Rotski, Sheila Huntzinger, Carol Duffy, and Donna Smith; grandchildren, Dylan and Hailey Flis, and Amin Gibson. She was preceded in death by her brother, Carl Leindecker. Funeral services will be held at a later date.
