Brad Neal Barnes 71, of Mehoopany died Saturday morning October 19 at Geisinger CMC in Scranton. He is survived by his wife of 25 years Lisa Perrin Barnes from Luzerne. Brad was born, on August 7, 1942 in Meshoppen son of Emily Lane Barnes, of Towanda and the late Frank Barns. After graduating from Tunkhannock High School in 1960 Brad entered the Army and served for 3 years. Brad then pursued a long career in Marketing and finance. He was a 25 year member of the Masonic Lodge 248 in Tunkhannock, and also served on the Wyoming County Republican Committee. He had the love for music, politics’ and a good conversation. He is survived by his daughters Sara Elizabeth, Victoria Lane and son Brad Neal III. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday evening October 23 at 6:00 PM at the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock with Pastor David Stucky of the Community Bible Church in Tunkhannock. A gathering of friends and family will be held from 4:00 PM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to the Children’s Shriners Hospital 3551 North Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19140.
