Kenneth R. Kingston 80, of Tunkhannock slipped away peacefully at his home, surrounded by family on Sunday, November 2, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Peggy Robinson Kingston He was born in Wilkes-Barre on October 25, 1934 son of the late Charles and Pearl Mock Kingston. He is preceded in death by his brother Clifford Kingston, and sister Geraldine Scranta. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a Boilermaker by National Transient Lodge. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Peggy Robinson Kingston, daughters Deborah Mosser and husband Harlan, of Conklin, NY, and Dawn Kingston, of Tunkhannock, grandchildren, Angie Mosser,John Mosser, Jennifer & Darrin Welch and Darci & Scott Smith and five great-grandchildren. After Retirement they settled in at the farm in Mehoopany, where they loved raising beef cattle. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Above all else, He cherished the time spent with his wife, children and family. He will be remembered for his love of life, and always being the wind beneath our wings! Funeral services will be private interment at Sunnyside Cemetery. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock on Thursday, November 6th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
