Such a wonderful lady. It was always a joy to see Barb even though it was usually a bad situation that brought me to the emergency room. I also had the pleasure of working with Teddy. Two wonderful people I’m glad that I had the opportunity to know. RIP.

So many great memories working in the show office with Barb. She was everyone's Mom when they needed help with their entries for the show. Barb would catchup with them offer them some candy. She would watch Ted's rides from the show office cheering him on. One time Jayden got hurt and needed medical attention, sent for Barb the ever calm Mom and ER nurse to confirm Courtney and Jerry were going to the ER. Barb came to a show last year and was surrounded by love from all her horse show kids. Condolences to Barb's family and thanks for sharing your Mom with us she was a very special lady!

Barb as I knew her, was my nurse on numerous occasions. She helped me through a very difficult decision years ago and just held me while I cried. She will be missed by many. Prayers to all affected. RIP Barb. Fly high. You will be so missed by all whose lives you touched.

Met Ted and Barb through the Reining world she was the most caring and supportive friend you could ask for
She loved Ted and supported him with the horses and we all loved her back
Greatly miss seeing her smiling face in the show booth
And a kind word after your ride didn’t go so well maybe
She will always hold a special place in my memories
God is lucky to have another Angel

Barb and Ted were wonderful friends. My late husband was their farrier. After his death in 1995 Barb and Ted kept in touch and brought their dogs to me for grooming. They would do anyhting for you. Barb was a caring compassionate person and loved her Corgis. I am happy I was there to take care of her dogs until the end. I will miss you my friend.

Barbara was my best friend at the EPRHA shows. Even after a gap of close to 12 years, Barbara immediately remembered me. She was always there for me. I miss her and send my prayers and love. Rest in Peace Barbara.

Barb was such a wonderful woman, co worker, nurse, teacher, and friend. She was a true inspiration. And although I was not a nurse she knew I was in school and was always there to help and would show me things and explain them in such detail I learned so much from her. She was also so wonderful with my family when they had come into the ER one of the greats!! I hope to finish my degree and make her proud.

I met Barb in the ER at Tyler when I was 18 and her love for nursing is one of the reasons I went into this profession. She was such a caring and loving person. I am so sad she’s gone but feel she’s no longer in pain and is reunited with Ted which I know is where she wanted to be. ❤️

May the angels lead you into paradise; may the martyrs receive you at your arrival and lead you to the holy city Jerusalem. May choirs of angels receive you and with Lazarus, once a poor man, may you have eternal rest.
Eternal rest grant to her, O Lord; and let light perpetual shine upon her. May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
